The home pictured below was constructed with one 40' High Cube Container plus two Standard 20' Containers.  This home was built without a lot of optional features to meet the client's budget for the home.  The home has 3 bedrooms and one bath with a total square footage of 640 (using exterior dimensions). 

The interior walls are metal with insulation between the exterior and interior walls creating an R factor of 17.  The ceiling insulation creates an R factor of 30.  The owner of this home stated that her electric bill was around $80 per month.  The mini split units effectively heat and cool the home. The exterior door at the back of the unit offers excellent access to plumbing and electrical service for the home.
